Work Experience

2024 NTU LAW International students teaching assistant
Tutoring international students general principles of civil code and constitution law. The aim of the class is to tutor the international students,so they can pass their final exam. I planned to take seven classes in General principles of civil code, and seven classes in constitution law.
All the students get involved until the end, and they successfully pass their final exam.

2024 NTU Office of research and development part-time worker 
Helping to deal with general tasks such as tachnology transfer royalties and sending official documents .After starting to work independently, I gradually got better, and finally able to efficiently deal with the matters assigned by the supervisor in the center.

Student Club

2024 NTU Legal Service Association

Aiding clients from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with legal needs, advocating for their optimal legal rights. In the process of service, I learned how to communicate with the clients, and cooperate with another graduate student to sortout relevant legal opinions.

2024 NTUCCS, Cancer Children Service Club 

In my club classes, I learn how to interact with cancer children together with my classmates. For example, how to tell stories vividly. In the middle of the semester, I took my autistic children to the zoo, and we conducted a family survey in advance. I learned how to coordinating and cooperating with my classmates in this club this semester.

Publication

The National security provisions in the multilateral investment treaties are similar to the article XXI of GATT - the Russia-Traffic in Transit as a comparative legal standard, Accepted at Chinese(Taiwan) Review of International and Transnational Law.

- The national security provisions under the multilateral investment agreements discussed here are similar to GATT Article XXI, but there are still differences.Therefore, it may be different from the scope of the WTO national security provisions. And how the national security provisions of the multilateral
investment agreement should be applied is in discussion. On April 5, 2019, the World Trade Organization ruled for the first time in the Russia-Traffic in Transit, that a decision on the Article XXI national security treaty of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade entered into force.Although the parties to the two dispute settlement mechanisms are not the same and the international judicial bodies make decisions independently, but the inter-agency bodies may refer to each other's jurisprudence as a basis for their interpretations, which will be discussed in this thesis.
