Objectives:

 

The objective of this module is to provide an overview of the main features of the WTO dispute settlement system and, through the use of specific exercises and short questions, enable the participants to understand the practices of dispute settlement in the multilateral trading system.  In addition, this module seeks to ensure that participants gain an appreciation of how the WTO dispute settlement system has been used by WTO Members and to assess some of the challenges that remain.
